  • Classes are dynamic, varied and challenging. The instructors are friendly, encouraging and approachable with a great sense of humour. Since becoming a member in January 2025, my core strength, upper body strength and flexibility have improved significantly. However, complacency is not an option as the instructors always pull out new challenging movements from their collection!
