Born during covid and tucked away just off College Road, right next to our good mates at Sonora cafe and a quick stroll down the road from the legends at The Island.
The natural, earthy feel of the studio oozes welcome and warmth - a feeling matched only by the warmth, C.A.R.E and endorphin boosts generated by the wonderful community of clients and coaches creating the classes that take place within!
