If selected, you’ll be invited to attend two Absolute classes (Beginner and Intermediate) with different instructors to experience our style first-hand.

Next, we’ll ask you to submit two class plans (Beginner and Intermediate), applying what you’ve seen and learned.

If your plans align with our style and standards, we’ll invite you for a 30-minute in-person audition:
10-minute warm-up & Beginner section
20-minute Intermediate section with cooldown

If successful, you’ll complete a 90-minute mentoring session with our Head Trainer before moving forward.
