Our signature classes are dynamic, energising and designed to re-balance your body, whilst also building strength,  coordination, flexibility and overall fitness. 

Can’t get to the studio? 

Stream classes from wherever you are with access to our Video on Demand library. 

We have everything from 5 minute mobility sessions & 10-20 minute body part specific blitz’s, right through to full 55 min ‘ Reformer on the Mat’ classes.

So wherever you are, and whatever you need - we’ve got you covered.
