I’ve always been passionate about movement and the positive impact it can have on both the body and mind. My journey into Pilates began through my own desire to feel stronger, move better, and build a healthier relationship with exercise and I quickly fell in love with the balance of strength, control, and mindfulness it brings.

I graduated with Ten Academy in 2012, and since then I’ve been passionate about helping clients feel confident and empowered through movement, whether they’re new to Reformer Pilates or more experienced. My classes are supportive, challenging, and focused on technique, helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and leave each session feeling stronger and more energised.
